1. Applicant(s) and represented musician(s) must be 18 years and older.
2. The applicant must be the band manager or main agent (please email us if you do not have a manager or agent).
3. Application must be made through the Soulidarity online application form.
4. Applicant(s) and any represented musician(s) do NOT have to be sick with Covid-19 to apply for the fund.
5. The applicant can be resident anywhere BUT the beneficiary musician(s) must be resident in Africa. (Musicians living outside of Africa will not be considered)
6. ¾ (three quarters) of the concerts lost by the participating musician(s) must have been booked outside the African continent
7. Applicant(s) and musician(s) agree to share and promote the campaign within their network and social media throughout the duration of the campaign.
8. Applicant(s) agree to share the SOULIDARITY campaign with all the promoters who had booked the represented musicians in order to encourage the promoters to participate and help promote the campaign.
9. Applicant(s) and the represented musician(s) are required to provide promotional material for the campaign such as pictures, shout outs and videos, More info: www.soulidarity.org/application.html
10. START WITH CULTURE has the right to reject applications that are incomplete, faulty or do not fit the set criteria.
11. Applications can only be made per band/group/artist and not by individual band members.
12. Musicians who play in different bands can only submit and be considered under one band - please choose the band you had the most shows with.
13. Applicant agrees to provide further documentation as proof upon request for example concert contracts, cancelation confirmations, and contact details of the promoter.
14. All information given by the applicant will be treated as 100% confidential and will not be used in any other way other than for the purposes of evaluating submitted applications. Applicant agrees to the START WITH CULTURE data collection and privacy policies. (See our data protection policies here www.soulidarity.org/privacy.html)
15. Participation in the SOULIDARITY campaign does not automatically entitle participants to any right to payments.
16. Applicant has understood that payments can only be made if money has been raised through the SOULIDARITY fundraising effort.
17. The relief payment amount can be adjusted as a percentage in relation to the funds collected.
18. Participant(s) agree not to make any further demands/requests from START WITH CULTURE after receiving the relief fund payment.
19. Participants must provide passport copies of all band members as the only accepted proof of identity.
20. The applicant can only retain no more than 20% of the relief payment and the rest must be forwarded to the represented musician(s). Proof of payment to the beneficiary musicians can be demanded by START WITH CULTURE at any time. In case the applicant fails to provide proof to START WITH CULTURE, START WITH CULTURE can claim back the payment made to the applicant and in such a case, START WITH CULTURE will then pay directly to the beneficiary musicians . Applicants can also give START WITH CULTURE the banking details for individual musicians.
21. Applicant agrees that all banking charges and payment provider fees will be due to the recipient of the money.
22. Before the payment is made, the applicant will receive a document by email, which he/she must sign and send back within 7 days.
23. Applicant has understood and agreed that the fund is NOT a FEE replacement for lost concerts but it is designed to provide relief to musicians in a time of need. The relief payment does not need to be paid back to START WITH CULTURE.
24. Non-discrimination statement: START WITH CULTURE highlights that the fund does not discriminate in any way in its processes and it covers musicians making music in any genre as long as they fit the set criteria.
25. Deadline for the applications is  31th of July 2020 midnight. [Application deadline extended until 21th of August 2020 midnight!!!]

1.Les candidats et les musiciens doivent être âgés de 18 ans et plus.
2. ¾ des concerts perdus doivent avoir été réservés en dehors du continent africain. 
3. La candidature doit être faite via le formulaire de candidature en ligne Soulidarity.
4. Le candidat et les musiciens ne doivent PAS être malades avec Covid-19 pour demander le fonds.
5. Le demandeur doit être le manager de bande ou l'agent principal (veuillez nous envoyer un e-mail au cas où vous n'auriez pas de gestionnaire ou d'agent) .
6. Le ou les musiciens demandés doivent résider en Afrique, le candidat peut être basé n'importe où. (Les musiciens vivant en dehors de l'Afrique ne seront pas pris en compte).
7. Le candidat et les musiciens acceptent de partager et de promouvoir la campagne au sein de leur réseau et des médias sociaux pendant toute la durée de la campagne.
8. Le demandeur accepte de communiquer la campagne à tous les promoteurs qui avaient réservé les musiciens pour les encourager à participer au partage.
9. Le demandeur, ses musiciens, s'engage à fournir du matériel pour la campagne, comme des photos, des cris, des vidéos, etc. Plus d'infos vérifier ici: www.soulidarity.org/application.html .
10. START WITH CULTURE a le droit de refuser des candidatures lorsqu'elles sont défectueuses et ne correspondent pas aux critères.
11. La demande ne peut être faite que par groupe / groupe / artiste et non par des membres individuels du groupe.
12. Les musiciens qui jouent dans différents groupes ne peuvent postuler que sous un seul groupe - veuillez choisir le groupe avec lequel vous avez eu le plus de concerts.
13.Le demandeur accepte de fournir des documents supplémentaires sur demande, par exemple des contrats de concert, des confirmations d'annulation et les coordonnées du promoteur.
14.Toutes les informations fournies par le demandeur seront traitées à 100% confidentielles et ne seront pas utilisées autrement.
15. Le demandeur accepte les politiques de collecte de données et de confidentialité de START WITH CULTURE (voir nos politiques de protection des données ici)
16. La participation ne confère aux participants aucun droit à des paiements
17. Le demandeur a compris que les paiements ne peuvent être effectués que si de l'argent est collecté.
18. Le montant de l'allégement peut être ajusté en pourcentage du fonds collecté.
19. Le (s) participant (s) accepte (nt) de ne recevoir aucune autre demande / demande contre START WITH CULTURE après avoir reçu le paiement du fonds de secours.
20. Le participant doit fournir des copies du passeport de tous les membres du groupe. Afin d'éviter une distribution injuste envers les artistes, le demandeur déclare distribuer un minimum de 75% des paiements reçus aux musiciens pour lesquels il / elle postule. START WITH CULTURE peut à tout moment demander une preuve de paiement aux artistes. Si le participant ne fournit pas ces documents à START WITH CULTURE, START WITH CULTURE peut réclamer le paiement effectué au participant. Le demandeur peut également communiquer à START WITH CULTURE les coordonnées bancaires de chaque musicien.
21. Le demandeur convient que tous les frais bancaires et les frais du prestataire de paiement seront dus au destinataire de l'argent.
22. Avant le paiement, le demandeur reçoit un document par e-mail, qu'il doit renvoyer signé dans les 7 jours
23. Le demandeur a compris et accepté que le fonds ne remplace PAS les frais pour les concerts perdus, mais qu'il est simplement conçu pour soulager les musiciens en cas de besoin et n'a pas besoin d'être remboursé à START WITH CULTURE.
24. Déclaration de non-discrimination: START WITH CULTURE souligne le fait que le fonds ne fait aucune discrimination dans ses processus et qu'il couvre les musiciens qui font de la musique dans n'importe quel genre tant qu'ils répondent aux critères fixés.
